Therapeutic & Healing Sessions
One-to-one sessions can draw from relational, somatic and energy-informed work, depending on what is present and what feels useful.

Therapeutic work, movement and creative practices can become part of a stay in different ways. What matters is not doing everything, but finding what supports the person who is here.

What you can experience here
Some people begin through conversation. Some through the body, a horse, movement, sound, art or simply enough quiet for something to settle. The work is chosen with care and can change as the stay unfolds.
One-to-one sessions can draw from relational, somatic and energy-informed work, depending on what is present and what feels useful.
Time with the horses offers a different kind of relationship: immediate, embodied and free from performance. The work may involve observation, contact, movement or simply being together.
Movement can be used to arrive in the body, regulate pace and reconnect attention with sensation rather than pushing toward performance.
Sound-based sessions create space for rest, attention and sensory experience. They may be used on their own or alongside other work.
Creative work can give form to experiences that are difficult to reach through words alone, without requiring any artistic skill.
Not every meaningful part of the experience happens in a session. Time alone, food, the land, the pool, walking and simple rest are part of how the days are held.

How it works
Before and during a stay, we look at what would genuinely support the person who is here. Some days may hold deeper work; others may need movement, horses, quiet or pleasure.
The aim is not to fill the day. It is to create enough structure for the work to happen and enough space for it to land.
When you want to go further
DBI is the most concentrated way to experience the work at Dojo Bianco: a multi-day immersion designed around one person and the whole context of their stay.
